The Lion King - Disney The Classics Collection Gold-Plated Commemorative Medal is an officially licensed, collector's edition numismatic tribute celebrating one of Walt Disney’s most successful animated blockbusters. Struck by The Koin Club under official license from The Walt Disney Company, this non-legal tender token acts as a stunning visual keepsake documenting the core childhood memories of the 1994 masterpiece.
Trading away traditional monotone strikes, the piece incorporates rich, vibrant pop-art character colorisation against a brilliant, mirror-like gold backdrop that elegantly enhances its complex film-strip relief work.

Product Design Highlights
  • 6-Character Narrative Illustration: Features a highly detailed, selective full-colour print capturing young Simba, Pumbaa, Timon, Rafiki, Zazu, and a little savanna beetle rendered in their authentic, authorized animation styles.
  • Celestial Gold Mufasa Engraving: The polished gold backdrop features a hidden, laser-etched ghostly silhouette of Mufasa's face watching over the savanna from the clouds, paying homage to the film's most emotional narrative turning point.
  • The Classics Collection Inscription: The obverse face prominently anchors the design around a high-relief, frosted striking of the official global Disney corporate branding signature.
  • Intricate Movie Strip Borders: Engineered with a specialised background border framework resembling a wrapping celluloid film reel, featuring laser-frosted cameo appearances of vintage Disney favourites like Snow White and Bambi.
  • Satin Milled Reeded Edge: Milled along its entire outer perimeter with crisp, uniform reeding to emulate the high-end physical handling weight of true bullion collectibles.
